Giver uses a modified version of Documenso v2.20.0. The branding changes were made on 11 October 2026. The open application code remains under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0).

The software is provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law. You may use, modify and share the AGPL code under its license terms. License and copyright notices are retained in the source; other included components retain their respective licenses.

The packages/ee directory uses a separate commercial license. This modification activates no additional Enterprise rights. Your documents, credentials and personal details are not part of the offered software source.
